E6 Hard Materials offers a comprehensive range of solid carbide rods and burr blanks for metal cutting.
Solid Carbide Rods in standard length of 330 mm are available in both Metric and Imperial sizes with diameters ranging from Ø 1/8" to Ø 1 3/5" and also from 3.0 to 40.0 mm. We can also offer rods 330 mm length rods which are available in as sintered and h6 ground condition. A complete range of h6 ground and polished fixed length rods is also available on stock. Our standard grade is K010 micro grain with a Cobalt content of 10%. Other grades are available upon request.
We offer a complete range of Imperial and DIN standard as well as a large variety of special burr blanks. Our standard grade for Burr Blanks is S6 (6% cobalt). Other grades are available upon request.
