Synthetic Diamond Manufacture
E6 Hard Materials are used extensively in high pressure applications such as the diamond synthesis industry. These high pressure components are used in extreme conditions of up to 70kbar at high temperatures. E6 Hard Materials is a specialist supplier of high pressure hardmetal components.
The high performance standard of these components has been achieved by meticulous attention to grade development and sintering techniques. Special grades are manufactured to suit customer requirements and systems and can be supplied in a fully ground or as sintered condition.
E6 Hard Materials offers a comprehensive product range including Belt system components above 1000 kg mass, triaxial systems, opposing anvils, substrates up to 120 mm in diameter and ready to press powders for the manufacture of dies, anvils and substrates.
