Mark joined Element Six as Executive Director Oil & Gas in 2008 after 14 years with the OM Group, a NYSE listed specialty chemicals and metals company. Mark earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University in 1985 and an Executive MBA from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western in 1997. He has broad experience in sales, commercial development, quality, safety, multi-site operations, and Division management in metals, chemicals and mining. In his time with the OM Group, he was part of the executive team and had overall responsibility for their $800M Nickel, Metal and Chemical Division.
